I’m a busy dad of two kids, working 8 to 5, five days a week.

I can’t believe I ever let myself get to that point. Looking back feels like a disaster. I was drained, overweight, and stuck with no energy or confidence.

Then I found this guy on the internet (Aslan) who offered me to join his program. At first, I was skeptical and never believed it was possible to change what I saw in the mirror. But his system of training and nutrition was consistent, progressive, and simple enough that even me at my lowest point could follow it. He and his team were also incredibly supportive, keeping me accountable with weekly and sometimes twice-weekly check-ins.

Every month, people at work and my family noticed changes. Even I could feel it—going up the stairs became easier, my performance improved, and my clothes started fitting differently. I went from XXXL down to XL.

In just 18 months, I lost 45kg of fat and built 10kg of muscle. Today, I feel stronger, healthier,and more alive than ever. I finally recognize myself again and I’m never going back.

As a mom, I was always tired, barely moved, and hated how I looked in my clothes. I didn’t even want to go out. I’d tried other programs before, but nothing worked.

 

After my first call, the coaches started me with just 20–30 minutes of light workouts so I wouldn’t burn out. Everything built up gradually into real gym sessions. The app had all my workouts with video demos, so I always knew exactly what to do.

 

I love cooking, and the nutrition plan made it fun! I could swap meals easily, follow video demos, and even discovered new recipes.
